DELIVERY INFORMATION

AT ESKAY AUTOMOTIVE, WE supply Bajaj Genuine Parts.ONCE YOU PLACE ORDER ONLINE, IT MAY ATTRACT SHIPPING CHARGES. HOWEVER, THE SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE IN THE JURISDICTION OF AURANGABAD.

THE SHIPPING CHARGES ON YOUR ORDER OUTSIDE THE JURISDICTION OF AURANGABAD WILL BE INFORMED TO YOU, BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER AT ESKAY AUTOMOTIVE. THE SHIPPING AMOUNT WILL BE ADDED WITH THE VALUE OF PRODUCT THAT YOU HAVE ORDERED. THE SHIPPING AMOUNT WILL BE REFLECTED ON THE SHOPPING CHART AND PAYMENT PAGE.

2. RETURN POLICY

AT ESKAY AUTOMOTIVE WE MAKE SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER THROUGH REPUTED COURIER AGENCIES TO ENSURE FASTEST DELIVERY OF ORDER IN GOOD CONDITION. THOUGH, IN SOME CIRCUMSTANCES IT IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL THAT YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED PRODUCT OR A PRODUCT NOT AS PER YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER. WE REPLACE ONLY SUCH PRODUCTS; EITHER DAMAGED PRODUCT OR A PRODUCT NOT AS PER YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER WITH NO EXTRA CHARGES.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

1. THE PRODUCT(S)/ ITEM(S) SHOULD BE UNUSED.

2. PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY, IF YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

3. PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED WITH ORIGINAL INVOICES, PRICE TAGS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. THE RETURN PACKETS SHOULD BE PROPERLY PACKED TO AVOID FURTHER DAMAGE OF GOOD I TRANSIT

REFUNDS: (REFUND POLICY)

REFUND PROCESS WILL START AFTER RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT BY ESKAY AUTOMOTIVE AND WILL BE PROCESS ACCORDING TO YOUR PAYMENT MODE FOR THE ORDER.

THE PAYMENT AGAINST THE ORDER MADE THROUGH CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS. KINDLY CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT FOR THE SAME.

IN CASE OF OTHER PAYMENT MODE, THE AMOUNT AGAINST YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDsED BY CHEQUE. THE CHEQUE WILL BE MADE IN FAVOUR OF THE NAME MENTIONED AS IN “BILLING NAME” AT THE TIME OF PLACING ORDER.
